The inspiration for this sculpture came from my investigation of the ancient Nordic oracle, the Runes, in particular, Sowelu
I really enjoy the interaction between forms
I often use a combination of Australian made weathering steel - more commonly known under the general banner of Corten - and Australian ironbark. This union of materials offers a contemporary coastal feel.
Extremely sturdy and long lasting.

From a series of free standing, hand cut and manipulated Corten scribble sculptures. These sculptures produce a wondrous ever changing shadow display.
